Deposit-back guarantee
If your landlord or letting agent raises a written cleaning complaint within 48 hours of your check-out inspection, we'll return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
To qualify, the complaint must come directly from your landlord or agent in writing, the property must not have been re-occupied or accessed by third parties after our clean, and the issue must fall within the scope of your original booking. We are unable to offer a free return visit where access or cooperation was not provided at the time of the original clean, or where the reported issue arises from circumstances outside our control.
