Scrubbr ("we", "us", "our") is a cleaning services marketplace operating in South West London. Our registered email address is help@scrubbr.co.uk.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Property details: address and postcode of the property to be cleaned
  • Booking information: service type, preferred date, special instructions
  • Account data: if you create an account, we store authentication data via Clerk (our identity provider)
  • Marketing preferences: email address if you subscribe to our newsletter
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via standard web server logs)

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed by a third-party provider.

  • Process and confirm your booking
  • Contact you to arrange access and confirm cleaning details

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain booking records for up to 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

7. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function (e.g. session management and authentication). We also use a localStorage key (scrubbrPopup) to remember whether you have seen our newsletter popup.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
