Scrubbr operates at scrubbr.co.uk. We provide an online platform connecting customers with independent professional cleaners across London. References to "Scrubbr", "we", "us" or "our" refer to the Scrubbr platform.
2. Data we collect
When you make a booking or create an account we collect: your name, email address, phone number, property address and postcode. We also collect device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through analytics tools.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: process and confirm bookings; contact you regarding your booking; send transactional emails (booking confirmation, cleaner assignment); send promotional emails if you have opted in; improve our service; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payment data
All card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Scrubbr does not store card numbers or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
5. Sharing your data
We share your name, phone number, and property address with the independent cleaner assigned to your booking. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data with service providers (e.g. email delivery, analytics) under data processing agreements.
6. Data retention
We retain booking records for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing help@scrubbr.co.uk, subject to our legal retention obligations.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any right email help@scrubbr.co.uk.

We use essential cookies required for the site to function, and optional analytics cookies (which you may decline). No advertising cookies are used.
