$SCRUB Token — Whitepaper
Scrubbr is a three-sided cleaning marketplace that uses postcode density routing to make professional cleaning cheaper, faster, and more reliable — for both customers and cleaners. $SCRUB is the native utility token intended to support the platform: helping enable cleaner participation and verification features, customer rewards infrastructure, and platform utility.
The UK cleaning industry is worth £6.5 billion and remains structurally inefficient. Scrubbr's founding insight — that batching jobs geographically eliminates the dead travel time that inflates prices and reduces cleaner income — creates a flywheel that strengthens with every booking. The more customers in a postcode, the better the rates; the better the rates, the more customers.
The platform is already in development. $SCRUB is designed as the utility layer of the Scrubbr ecosystem, supporting cleaner participation, customer rewards infrastructure and platform functionality. The token is intended to enhance the operation of the marketplace rather than represent ownership, equity or entitlement to profits.
Booking a cleaner in the UK typically means choosing between generic marketplaces with slow, unverified quotes, local agencies with opaque pricing, or informal word-of-mouth arrangements with no accountability. There is limited access to an instant, transparent price paired with a verified, nearby cleaner.
Self-employed cleaners often lose significant working time to unpaid travel between scattered jobs. High agency commissions and platform fees further reduce what cleaners actually take home, contributing to high turnover and inconsistent service quality across the market.
The cleaning industry has both customers and cleaners in abundance. What it lacks is intelligent coordination — a layer that routes jobs efficiently, prices dynamically, and creates accountability for both sides. That is the gap Scrubbr is built to close.
Scrubbr batches bookings by postcode district so cleaners can complete multiple jobs in the same area without wasted travel time. This lowers operational cost, which supports stronger pricing for customers and better earnings for cleaners.
More customers in a postcode improve routing efficiency, which lowers cost, which improves pricing, which attracts more customers — a self-reinforcing loop that strengthens as density grows in each market.
Customers receive an instant quote based on property size, service type, postcode demand, timing, and cleaner availability — removing the need to wait on manual quotes or negotiate price.
Instant postcode-based quotes, booking, payment, and tracking, two-way reviews, account management, and SCRUB credit rewards.
Profile verification (ID, DBS, insurance), availability settings, postcode-batched job offers, route visibility, job completion tracking, and automated payout.
Booking oversight, cleaner assignment, revenue tracking, dispute resolution, coverage mapping, and customer support tools.
Booking and user data management, authentication, payment processing, matching and scheduling logic, notifications, and a two-way review system.
The customer-facing web platform is live, including the booking and quoting flow, postcode validation, promotional code support, customer authentication, and email confirmation. Mobile apps for both customers and cleaners (iOS & Android) have also been developed and are currently in testing.
Customers pay upfront for a booking; Scrubbr retains a platform commission; the cleaner receives the remainder automatically after job completion. As postcode density increases, pricing becomes more competitive and volume grows, improving margin through operational efficiency rather than price increases.
$SCRUB is intended to function as a utility token within the Scrubbr ecosystem. It is designed to support cleaner participation, customer reward infrastructure, and platform access features — not to represent equity, profit-sharing, or investment return.
Cleaner access to certain verification-linked features and status levels may be tied to $SCRUB participation requirements. This is a platform trust and quality mechanism, reflecting accountability standards rather than a financial promise.
Customers do not receive direct token payouts for booking services. Customers build SCRUB credit — an in-platform rewards balance — through activity such as verified reviews and successful referrals. SCRUB credit can be used inside Scrubbr for discounts, loyalty perks, and selected partner offers. $SCRUB is the utility layer powering this system.
$SCRUB may support additional platform-linked benefits, such as access features and selected utility perks, as product functionality develops.
Scrubbr does not currently operate on a decentralised governance model.
As the ecosystem develops, governance features may be introduced where appropriate. Any future governance functionality will be implemented only where it provides practical value to platform participants and complies with applicable regulation.
Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 $SCRUB — fixed, no further minting.

Scrubbr is deployed on Base, an Ethereum Layer 2 network, chosen for lower transaction costs, faster processing, and a broader onchain ecosystem — supporting more practical day-to-day utility features than a higher-fee network would allow.
$SCRUB is intended to function as a utility token within the Scrubbr ecosystem. Its treatment under applicable law may depend on jurisdiction, technical structure, and actual platform use.

Scrubbr is a real cleaning marketplace addressing genuine inefficiencies for customers and cleaners alike. $SCRUB is designed to support that platform as a utility layer — powering cleaner participation, customer rewards, and platform access as the ecosystem grows.
